The Consortium for Regional Research Institutes and Centers is an idea that has grown out of numerous discussions at meetings of the Regional Science Association International.

At present, CORRIC's development and organization is being coordinated through the Regional Research Institute at West Virginia University (www.rri.wvu.edu). As we grow and develop, we welcome new ideas and suggestions for forming an effective organization that will contribute to the Regional Research infrastructure.
