Olivier Parent receives Miernyk Research Excellence Medal, 2008

At the 2008 annual meeting of the Southern Regional Science Association in Washington, DC, Randall W. Jackson, director of WVU's Regional Research Institute, presented the William H. Miernyk Research Excellence Medal to Olivier Parent, Assistant Professor of Economics, University of Cincinnati. His winning paper was entitled: "Space and Time Analysis of the Knowledge Production Factor."
