David Brasington, Director of Graduate Studies at Louisiana State University has created a comprehensive housing data set, which is geocoded and matched to hundreds of variables from dozens of sources. Below is a brief description.

Over 120,000 housing sales in the state of Ohio from year 2000, with house characteristics, matched to tons of Census variables; school district demographic, input, and quality measure variables from about 500 school districts; crime at municipality level; environmental quality at facility level and Census level; private school data at house level; property tax, property value, and income tax data at school district level; latitude and longitude of house and school district and Census area; and house financing information.
