Research Interests:
His research focuses on the theory and empirical tests of the physician
firm and industry. He is also doing a number of empirical studies of the California wine industry using primary data. Included are papers on the
cost of producing wine, how consumers value the attributes of wine, profitability, and marketing spending. He is also estimating a demand model for California wine from 1870 to 1920.
