The seed grant award funds a graduate research assistant during autumn and spring semester. and travel to present project results at a conference, reference books, data or other project related needs.

*Recipient of the 2004/2005 RRI/College Special Research Assignment (SRA) proposal with Peter Schaeffer entitled: "An Economic Analysis of Small Businesses' Contribution to Poverty Alleviation and Development in Rural Regions."
