John Quigley is the I. Donald Terner Distinguished Professor, and
Professor of Economics, at the University of California, Berkeley. Besides the Department of Economics, he also holds appointments in the Goldman School of Public Policy and the Haas School of Business. He directs the Berkeley Program on Housing and Urban Policy.
